Anyways, this year I have a LOT of new series to be following. The newest series I’m most looking forward to following is a series titled “The League”. Has one of my favorite under appreciated actors (Nick Kroll) starring along side a group of friends who run a fantasy football league together. It’s semi-scripting like Curb Your Enthusiasm but enough so that it is not completely obvious. It’s very much a “bro show” and not something that most females would enjoy. I deem it a guilty pleasure. Hell, I’m not even into football and I’m excited to see where the writers take this show.

Next on the list is an oldie to most but a new series to me titled “How I Met Your Mother”. I just recently worked my way through the episodes for this show and have been pleasantly surprised. I wasn’t entirely sure I’d even enjoy this show but after only a few episodes I was hooked. Neil Patrick Harris’ character is amazing, and while the main topics of the story are dry and repetitive overall the show is entertaining. Also the characters Lilly and Marshall remind me of my own personal relationship with my girlfriend making them all the more loveable.

Not yet confirmed when the series will return, but it is confirmed it will return at some point is the BBC’s Sherlock. I am a HUGE Sherlock Holmes fan and from the moment I started watching this new modern adaptation of Doyle’s classic I was into it. It might not be the most loyal to the cannon but it’s certainly not without it’s spirit. I am so excited to see this return.

Other than series I picked up previously I don’t have any other series I am excited to really be following. More to come as the series premiere!
